JUSTICE DUBOFSKY delivered the Opinion of the Court. The petitioner-appellant, Ronald Vigil appeals the Huerfano County district court's denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus contesting extradition proceedings initiated by the state of Utah. The petitioner argues on appeal that extradition should be denied because the extradition documents were insufficient and because be presented clear and convincing evidence in the district court that he was not in Utah at the time of the crimes with which he was charged. We affirm the district court's denial of the petition.
