In this workers compensation case, claimant seeks review of a final order denying his petition for benefits on the ground that it was barred by the applicable statute of limitations. Because we conclude that the judge of compensation claims correctly held that running of the statute of limitations was not tolled during the period that two earlier petitions filed by claimant and later voluntarily dismissed were pending, we affirm.
